How do I order?

It is very easy to order at Ixchel.net. We have done our best to provide you with the best interface possible. If this is your first time buying with us, you'll want to add the things you want to buy to your shopping cart, and then proceed to the checkout. After you review your shopping cart, you can enter you billing and shipping information on our secure order form.

How do I pay and it is safe to use my credit card?

We accept Visa and MasterCard for all orders.

It is 100% safe to order using your credit card.

How long will it take to get my order?

If the item(s) you have ordered is in stock, you should receive the order within 7 business days. All shipping costs will be added to your order and included in your total.

What is your return policy?

We will gladly exchange or refund items that are returned in original condition within 30 days of purchase. Make sure you make your decision before you wash anything!

How do I return an item?

Returning an item is simple. Send the item back with your full name, address, and daytime phone number. Please let us know if you would like another item in exchange or a refund for the cost of the item. There are no additional shipping and handling charges on exchanged items.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If the product you received was damaged or incorrect, please send the item back with a note explaining what was wrong, and if you would like an exchange or a refund. If you have any questions or problems please email customerservice@Ixchel.net.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once the return is processed, a credit card refund can take up to 10 days to appear on your account.
